Down To Business:

On today’s episode of Just Biz, Omaha Style we’re talking with Kelly Partusch, owner of 402 BBQ Food Truck. She started the business with her late husband Todd in 2014 and opened a drive-thru location in August 2020.

“I enjoy carrying on my husband’s legacy. I hope he would be proud of how I’ve done it,” said Kelly.

Her husband Todd barbecued his whole life.  He competed and placed in BBQ competitions with his dad and brother. Back in the day, he cooked on anything he could make a pit out of. Nowadays, Kelly uses top-of-the-line Ben Lang reverse flow smokers with digital thermometers for the most consistent and delicious barbecue.

At 402 BBQ everything is 100% homemade. They hand make everything; including sauces, sides, secret rubs, and marinades.
