On today’s episode, we’re talking with Phil Lee, co-founder LifeLoop, which helps senior care communities communicate. Find out how he created the business and why his lack of experience in senior living has been a positive thing.
Down To Business:
On today’s episode of Just Biz, Omaha Style we’re talking with Phil Lee, co-founder of LifeLoop. LifeLoop was created to better communicate and engage family members of senior living communities.
Today, the company has a multi-faceted platform that streamlines operations, workflow, and communication between residents, family members and staff. Phil and the other business leaders had no experience in senior living, but it has not been a problem.
“In my mind, it kind of turned out to be a benefit because you’re just approaching it from a different perspective,” said Phil.
Despite the Covid pandemic, Lifeloop has continued to grow. The business has helped senior living communities communicate during this stressful time, and more communities have been signing on for the service.
“We’re close to nationwide right now, and internationally, we have one customer in the U.K.,” said Phil.
